The Irregular Exposure Fashion Academy has been created to assist future fashion business owners in making a smooth transition from employee to fashion entrepreneur. Founder and successful entrepreneur Jessica Williams has created a digital educational program to assist clients that have a dream of owning a business in fashion but need guidance with planning and skill set. From fashion design training to fashion merchandising, styling and boutique start ups, IEFA offers everything the thriving fashionprenuer needs to learn.

 Jessica began her career in 2006 by starting her own women's ready to wear brand, Irregular Exposure . In 2009, Jessica attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she graduated with her AAS in fashion design. While attending the Art Institute, Jessica was able to intern for well known companies such as New York Fashion Week where she later went on to showcase her collections. Today, Irregular Exposure sells within it's own luxurious Downtown Baltimore location and wholesales to over 10,000 retailers worldwide directly from our Los Angeles, CA and Maryland and overseas headquarters! Jessica has grown her business tremendously trough partnerships with BET,VH1, emerging New York Fashion Week shows, sponsorships, celebrity ghost designing and more. Jessica is now ready to teach you how to do the same. with over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. Jessica's skills include sewing, patter n making, production sewing and manufacturing, wholesale, branding, marketing and more!

Asia Bourget is an Alumni of the IE Fashion Academy. Asia came to IEFA in 2016 with no fashion design experience. Within 4 months, Asia launched her fully manufactured Swimwear Collection, Bourget Collections which is sold in retailers and online at Bourget Collections has sold out 3 times over and grown in sales by 315% since launching. Asia is happy to now assist clients just like her in the launch of her brand! "I remember coming to Jessica and the IE Fashion Academy for assistance.
